Improving Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, (HCAHPS): Identifying Strategies that Impact the Patient Experience

During a half day conference, NYPHS brought together key system leaders responsible for improving the patient experience at their respective institutions in order to better understand the potential impact of HCAHPS scores on each institution's reputation and financial health, to identify key drivers for improvement and to highlight strategies for overcoming identified challenges. Quality Symposium

The NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System will be hosting its annual Quality Symposium this Fall. A key feature of our Quality Symposium has been the opportunity for member facilities to submit abstracts for possible presentation at a poster session, providing an opportunity to highlight quality and patient safety projects within your institution.
