New York, NY – July 13, 2012 – Mr. Louis O. Schwartz, President of the American Sportscasters Association (ASA), accepted the invitation of Mr. Herbert Rosenfield, Hospital Life Trustee and Chairman of the Community Advisory Board, to serve as a member of the Hospital’s Community Advisory Board. Mr. Schwartz was selected because of his “understanding of, and appreciation for, the Lower Manhattan community …” Mr. Schwartz is also the Editor of the ASA’s Insiders Sportsletter, an Associate of Columbia University (Pollution & Water Resources Seminar), an NGO Member of the United Nations, and the author of numerous articles.

Members of the Community Advisory Board also include representatives from civic, governmental and residential groups from our community.
