Patients coming to the Center are asked about the care they received from nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals, as well as questions related to the facility, food, discharge and admitting processes, and pain management, among others.

The Surgical Care Improvement Project (SCIP) is a multi-year national effort between leading public and private healthcare organizations that have the shared goal of reducing surgical complications by 25 percent by this year.
