With a larger and more convenient location, St. Mary’s CCP plans to increase its workforce and offers a state-of-the-art skills lab to provide hands-on training.  Located at 91-31 Queens Boulevard in the Emigrant Bank Building, the new office is one block from the Queens Center Mall and is easily accessible via numerous NYC bus and train lines.

Experienced CCP staff specializes in providing the best care for patients who are recovering from illness or injury or who have the need for long-term services. Care revolves around a family-centered philosophy to ensure that patients and families receive the clinical, emotional, and educational support they need.  Comprehensive services include:

• Skilled Nursing – RN and LPN visits or shift/hourly
• Specialized Pediatric Nursing
• Home Health Aide
• Personal Care Aide
• Rehabilitation Therapy visits: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy

Walk-in interviews are held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10 am – 2 pm for Nurses (RN and LPN), Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Aides. Weekly orientations are held for Home Health and Personal Care Aides.
