The five-star rating system complied by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, concluded its results based on the careful analysis of 5 different categories which included; survey-the frequency and severity of care deficiencies and how well the organization responds to correcting problems, health and quality of life for patients and residents, evaluation of total staffing available per patient, evaluation of staff provided by RNs, and finally, the overall combined review based on the other ratings.
